Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment
will be charged 50% of the service booked.
No shows will be charged 100%.
Late policy
If you are more than 30 minutes late we
may need to adjust
your service to stay on schedule.
In some instances we may need to reschedule
Redos and Returns
I'm happy to tweak or adjust your color or cut
within a 2 week period.
Products may be exchanged within a
